In my opinion if there is a way to make me burn fat faster by eating, that’s the best diet in the world. I’ve heard that spicy foods are pretty good for that, but I can’t eat spicy foods for every single meal. Does anyone else know some that I could add to my list. Either individual foods or recipes are good. Just don’t make recipes too complicated because I’m not exactly a master chef

I think caffeinated foods like coffee and green tea give you a little bit of a boost in your metabolism so that would encourage faster fat burning.
All foods that help with fat burning are most effective while you're doing a cardio workout, though, so don't just pop peppers and sit around. Get on the treadmill!
