    In my opinion if there is a way to make me burn fat faster by eating, that’s the best diet in the world. I’ve heard that spicy foods are pretty good for that, but I can’t eat spicy foods for every single meal. Does anyone else know some that I could add to my list. Either individual foods or recipes are good. Just don’t make recipes too complicated because I’m not exactly a master chef

    I think caffeinated foods like coffee and green tea give you a little bit of a boost in your metabolism so that would encourage faster fat burning.

    All foods that help with fat burning are most effective while you're doing a cardio workout, though, so don't just pop peppers and sit around. Get on the treadmill!

      so do fat burners only work when you also exercise along with them or will they help you out even at times when you're just doing your thing like sitting at a desk or walking around a store or that sort of thing?

        Mike, I think that fat burners work on their own, but not very much. Their effect takes off when you exercise with them. If you also eat less then you are giving them less to burn so it will have even more of an impact. It's a combined effort.

          vegetables are great because you can burn fat but they don't replace it

            don't forget green tea. It doesn't make a huge difference, but every little bit counts!

              Salmon and avocado. The omega 3 fatty acids are great for skin, heart health, brain health, and weight loss!
