If you're like me, then ou really can't stand keeping up a dieting diary. It seems like a good idea at first, but when you actually try to keep up with it, it doesn't take long for it to fall apart.
So here's my technique that is working so far. Only track the "bad" foods. The fatty, sugary, super high calorie foods that you know are not an appropriate part of your diet.
Tracking these points out how often you're really doing it, and I've actually found that knowing I'll have to "admit" i had those foods by writing them down will deter me from eating them when I'm tempted!
