      This is cool! :) Psychology has to do with eating..so don't be so emotional

        This is a good idea. I always used to think that I just ate when I was feeling blue, but I just recently also discovered that I seem to eat when I'm bored, too. A journal of this kind of thing might help to spot a lot of trends.

            Also, check out not only your emotions but your habits. Sometimes I eat just because I'm sitting in front of the television. It's not that I'm hungry, it's just that it's what I've always done. I could eat a big meal, then sit down in front of the tv and start eating chips or peanuts. It's stupid, but it became a habit. Those are the things I need to watch the most.
