    I have never had weight loss diaries work for me over the long term or the length of a diet. It's too much of a pain to keep up. Then I got an app for my cell phone and that made it so much easier to use. I fill it in whenever I'm killing time. I used to play a game while I was waiting, but now I can just fill in the diary.

    The shocking thing is how often I fill it in. Apparently a lot of my day is spent waiting for things to happen!

    That’s a really good idea. The only problem that I have with that is that it’s a pain for me to try to type on the tiny little keyboard. It takes so long to try to make entries over mobile, that I don’t feel that it’s worth it some of the time, and then I end up not doing them.

    I guess every technique has good and bad sides to it and every person has something that works best for them. I really can’t do the mobile thing because it frustrates me. But it’s a good option for people who are better at typing with their thumbs.
