  • How do they get the fat out?

Okay this is going to be a super gross couple of questions as a warning and I apologize in advance if some find it too gross but I'm curious and I kinda want to know.

How do they remove excess fat from the body surgically? Do they cut it out? Do they suck it out? How can they do this safely and how do they know where it is. I mean where does it stick in your body, like just under your skin?

I think they cut and/or suck it out depending on the procedure. I mean, it if it's liposuction, then it's suction, I mean, it's in the name. Usually surgically removing it by other methods is for things like body lifts.

Yeah I guess that make sense. That's really gross LOL. I mean, it really does make sense and I'm glad that it's an option but wow...it's freaky to think what we can do to our bodies...

It really is. Honestly, I understand wanting to get a body lift if you want to remove excess fat after you've lost all the weight...but I do not understand volunteer plastic surgery...

I understand it. If someone is seriously miserable with how they look, due to a scar or because they just mentally can't stand it, people will do pretty much anything they can (especially if they can afford it) in the pursuit of happiness.

Exactly. I personally want nothing to do with plastic surgery but I'm glad it exists for those who do need it.

Yup! A person's body is their body and if they have the money and want to change it, just make sure you go to someone who is good at what they do and is safe.
