How much does surgery cost?

To be honest, I’m not actually considering surgical weight loss but I am still curious about it. Does anyone know how much things like liposuction and stomach stapling cost? What about the lap band?

I'm not really sure. Is this the type of thing that health insurance would cover part of since you probably woul dhave to have a doctor's referral to get this and you couldn't just choose to do it on your own. If you're obese then it wouldn't be cosmetic.

I agree. You'd likely need to have a more comprehensive plan if you wanted to have this kind of thing covered by your insurance. This would be a very costly procedure, I bet.
