How does your body look after?

If you get a body lift or fat removed from your body, wouldn't this leave a big scar? Does your body look like a war zone after healing from the surgery?

You can have scars. They aren't typically hideous, especially if you have a good plastic surgeon. Still, don't expect to go under the knife and come out looking like you've got a rockstar body or anything.

Oh I wouldn't expect to look flawless after coming out of a surgery, I was just wondering the extend of the scarring, the amount of healing time and if after you're all healed how bad your skin would look. Like is it a scar that's not very noticeable or is it the kind of scarring that people would actually stop and stare and point at you.
