  • Low Carb / Cookie Diet

The more time goes by and the more user feedback I get, the more I'm convinced this is the best way to go for lots of people.
Mostly... if you are significantly over weight, if you find it hard to stick to a low calorie diet, if carbs make you eat more carbs (can you eat just one donut and leave the rest of the box sitting alone in the break room?), if will-power is not your strongest characteristic.

Low carb burns your stored fat. The cookies keep you from feeling deprived while on low carb.

    It's a win-win situation!

I wonder if I can patent this?

LOL welcome back. Sorry I didn't get to wish you happy holidays in time.

Did you ever end up trying out that cookie diet? I've been curious about it and I've been tempted, just because eating cookies all day sounds like one of my childhood dreams come true

I didn't have a lot of luck with the cookie diet. It does sound good, but they are more like the taste and texture of squares than cookies. They just don't have a "treat" nature about them.

Believe it or not, I think there's actually more than one cookie diet out there now. There are at least a couple of brands marketing that their cookies will help with weight loss. I guess lots of people have the same childhood dream of eating cookies all day, freddyboy!

Yes, I actually did have success with a cookie diet. And yes, there are at least 4 brands now (3 that work). I think it is important to know that the way the cookies help you lose weight is by taking away the hunger and cravings that usually sabotage a diet.

They are not your Grandma's chocolate chip so get that out of your mind
I am happy with the flavor of the one I used (still use at times). Think healthy muffin taste and texture. They just "look" like a cookie.

That's awesome! Any hints as to which one out of the 4 was the one that you don't feel is effective? With my luck, I'll go directly to that one and buy it first unless I know otherwise

I'll just flat-out say it's the hollywood one... GASP... I said it! Hopefully it won't get edited out. Sure it tastes good... duh... it is full of fat and simple carbs and the most recent one I saw had almost 30 grams of carbs! It's the high carb count that will cause you to get hungry.
