    Does this diet involve drinking a lot of wine?

    I don't think it is. I think this might be a detox diet and I think you take different supplements and stuff like that. I could be thinking about the wrong thing, but I think it's not really about wine.

      Yeah, I agree with Christysmiles. It's not about drinking wine it's a detox diet that encourages you to take a bunch of supplements and other shakes and things for health (which you purchase from the creators behind the diet).

      It looks like a fad diet to me. Beyond losing weight at the start, once the detox is over, you're likely to gain it back.

        I haven't heard anything good about this diet. It looks like a scam to me. A diet that essentially tells you to eat nothing and taking their supplements. So yeah, you'll lose weight on it for the first couple of weeks and be completely miserable the entire time and then you'll shell out a bunch of cash to take all the supplements you require to stay healthy.

        Honestly, if you want to be healthy and you like wine, eat a healthy, calorie-conscious diet, exercise regularly and have a glass of wine every now and then.
