I can't figure out if the biggest loser diet is something I want to try or not. It looks pretty good to me, but my friend says that it's really not a great plan for weight loss. I, on the other hand, think that it might be good because its based on the diet from the show and the contestant lost weight. What do you guys think?

I've never tried it but I've heard some pretty good things about this diet. For being a trend (or fad) it looks pretty sensible in terms of its diet and fitness requirements. I think it's possible to lose weight following it. It really is all a matter of whether or not you can stick to it.

Hmmm those are some pretty mixed opinions. That said, I think I'm also going to give it a try just to see what it's like. I've given it a lot of thought and I've deiced that I agree with Jan. I shouldn't just not try a diet just because it's based off a tv show or made by a celebrity or whatever. You'll never know what diet is best for you until you try the ones that interest you. All that's important is that you make sure whatever diet you follow is safe for your health.
