After having stuck to a lot of really limited rigid diets that work great for a short period of time, I have discovered that if you get a diet with a bit more flexibility so that you will be able to work it into your life every single day, you’re better off.
Rigid diets may make you lose weight in spurts, but the flexible ones help you to keep going over time and you can keep it going a lot longer without failing and losing your drive. If a diet looks so strict that it won’t fit into every circumstance, then it’s not the one for you.
