I am looking for a diet that lets you eat any food, provided that you stick within certain reasonable rules. I want a focus on health and nutrition. I am currently walking almost an hour every day so I have the exercise part covered. Now I need something that will go with that so that I will lose 1 to 2 pounds every week for as long as I want. Preferably, I would want one that doesn’t plateau.
Does anyone know the right one for me? I don’t want anything that is too restrictive or that I will just end up quitting. I just want to let myself improve my lifestyle so I will live better for the rest of my life.
