If you stay committed to a diet that requires you to eat less and you manage to stick with it for a while, will you eventually feel less hungry? Like, will your stomach shrink?

Your stomach won't really shrink, but if you eat the right food that help to keep you satisfied and you get your body on an eating routine, proper sleep schedule, etc. then you should notice a difference in your appetite. That said, remember, just like anything, the more stress you have in your life, hormonal changes, lack of sleep, eating too much sugar, etc. can all impact your hunger, etc. Essentially, the goal is to establish a healthy regular routine and stick to it as much as possible.

That's exactly it. If you are hoping your stomach would shrink, you might want to talk to your doctor about stapling your stomach or doing one of those other procedures like getting the balloon in your stomach, etc. These will help to make your stomach smaller, if you think that your stomach being too large is the issue. That said, just remember that getting one of these procedures does mean that you will really have to watch what you eat and the quantity you eat because overeating or eating the wrong food could lead to some yucky indigestion, digestion and gastrointestinal side effects.

I think it does. I'm sure I read somewhere that it does. That said, I think appetite has more to do with hormones and receptors and habits and things and not really how large your actual stomach is.
