That's really true but it also matters how you actually do them. The thing is that for most of us who got fat, it's not because we know what we're doing. Of course I know that I should be eatiing healthier, but when it comes to actually figuring out how to do that, it's harder than it seems. Also exercising is an obvious step but WHAT exercises and how to do them is also something that needs to be learned. This is a lot of learning so just saying to suddenly live a whole health diet doesn't give a lot of specifics. It's a gradual learning process and you have to be easy on yourself about it.

Just make sure that with all of your enthusiasm for ultimate health, you don't end up overdoing it at the start. When you do that, you're only dooming yoruself to fail and that's extremely frustrating. Nothing hurts my motivation more than being gung ho at the start and then having things seem less and less appealing while I just keep continueing to deprive myself of the things I really do love.
