In my opinion, you need more than just a book to give you everything that you need for dieting. A book is great because it gives you information, but if you want to actually lose weight then you need more resources than that.
Get to know yourself. Do you need a workbook? A website with a forum like this one? An app? I personally need a lot of different things to keep me motivated and on track. A book isn’t enough.
