How quickly will I see weight loss with Keto? Can I expect it to happen right away or will it take at least a month to really shrink down if I'm super-committed to following it?

I agree, it's quick. Within a month if you follow everything and do it right you'll see the change. That said, you're not likely to be able to keep it up so you'll gain a lot of the weight back. Keto is very yo-yo dieting and it's not the best for your body. I agree with bonniekins, it's probably best to consider another more sensible, less restricted and long-term diet option.

Ugh Keto. Please just don't do this diet. You are going to see fast weight loss and actual fat loss, not just water loss. That said, your ability to maintain your body's state of ketosis is going to be HARD and it's not necessarily good for you to put your body through that. Plus, as soon as you deviate from your diet (which you will do at some point) you're going to puts on a bunch of weight just as fast as you lost it...and it will be that much harder to lose again because you'll have to start from scratch and put your body back into ketosis. If you want healthy long-term dieting, don't do Keto.
