    Instead of choosing a program based on the fastest weight loss, remember that just eating healthy is an effective diet in itself. If you toss the chips and eat fresh cut up veggies, you’re saving calories and boosting your metabolism.

    If you drink water with lemon instead of pop, you’re doing it again. So really, instead of trying to find some miracle like green tea or avocadoes – which really don’t work enough to make a measurable difference, but are a great part of an overall healthy balanced diet – just try to make the right healthy choices and eat proper portions. You’ll automatically lose weight. You really will!

    it really is! I just used a calorie calculator to tally up my dinner from last night. with the 2 turkey burger patties (which I consider pretty healthy) as well as a whole avocado, a whomp of vegetables, cooked in 3 tbsp of olive oil, plus coleslaw with raisins and creamy cucumber dressing with cherry tomatoes, the whole thing came to 1296 calories. But if I dropped the 2 turkey burgers, I could have saved 385 calories. That's a lot of savings and I could have eaten a lot more veggies with that kind of wiggle room.

      That's a great way to say that! There's Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, LA Weight Loss, and Healthy haha.

      I can tell you which one actually sounds the best off the bat!

        healthy is a diet, that's true, but I wish there could be some kind of decision as to what is actually healthy. It's too hard to decide what to eat because depending on what you read, one person will say it's a superfood and one person will say never to eat that.

          I think if we started off with healthy diets from the beginning we wouldn't gain the weight in the first place and then wouldn't have to go through all of this

                Going healthy is a good idea for so many reasons. It gives your body so many different advantages

                  Base your meals on starchy foods as these give you energy. Choose wholegrain varieties (or eat potatoes with their skins on) when you can: they contain more fibre.

                    That's a really good idea. I never even thought of that before. I sometimes eat the skins and sometimes don't, but now I just always will. Thanks! :)
