  • lost weight l still

    I have been going to the gym for 1 month now with my Brother and whislt my Brother have lost weight l still havent lost anything what am l doing wrong and is there anything that l can do to start losing weight l am also carefull with what l eat.

    When you go to the gym what exercises are you doing? Lifting weights are OK, but if you want to lose weight you'll need cardio too, exercises that will really make your heart and lungs work.

    If you are struggling to lose weight and are eating low cal and are exercising then you may want to visit a doctor for a check up. A friend of mine was eating really healthy and exercising but couldn't lose weight. She finally went to her doctor who determined she had insulin resistance. This is a really common condition, particularly in heavier people. She was prescribed medication and started to lose weight right away. Now she's reached her goal and can stop taking the medication because her insulin receptors are working again.

      You need to know on what type of exercise you need to loss weight and have a balanced diet.

        Since you are working out at the gym, you should now also focus on your diet to lose weight. I think a low carb, high protein diet will help you lose weight while giving sufficient energy to your body for work outs. I work out 4 times a week and I've been using Bistro MD diet meals recommended by my trainer. It's low on calories, has high protein content and the best thing is that it is completely natural.           hello patientrelationship, may I ask what kind of exercise routine you are currently using? There are different types of exercise regimen, some are excellent or relaxation like breathing exercises. Yoga, Pilates and the likes aims to increase your flexibility. Aerobics and cardio are good at keeping you lean and fit. So you see, there are various types of exercise regimen that fits everyone's specific needs. If your aim is to lose weight then I suggest trying weights, aerobics, and cardio as they are good in burning off fats.

          Also, said that you are controlled when it comes to eating but did you know that even low caloric foods that your local supermarket can be fattening? I just realized that manufacturers do not really declare the true caloric content of their products to lure more customers.

          Why don't you try diet pills instead? There are a lot of dieters in this weight loss forum that buy diet pills online. I am using adipex currently and I'm losing weight gradually although I must admit that there are times when I feel like binging and then my weight shoots up again. Diet pills are usually appetite suppressants so you do not feel hungry so many times. I suggest that you try one for yourself and see if it helps you lose weight. Goodluck to you!             people lose weight at different intervals and at various rates because our bodies are unique. We cannot always compare how much weight we lost to others because weight loss has so many different factors. In the same way, you cannot compare yourself to your brother because one: he might have a different type of diet and exercise regimen. two, you both have different bodies and metabolic rates. and finally, your determination in losing weight varies. Although there is a big chance that he might be as determined as you are. but remember, weight loss depends on many factors.

            I suggest that you ask your brother what type of diet and exercise regimen he is currently in. and he might also be using other weight loss products such as pills like phentramine d. discuss your worries with him and he might be of great help to you in terms of weight loss tips and suggestions.

                I believe a reduced carb, high protein diet will assist you misplace heaviness while giving adequate power to your body for work outs. I work out 4 times a week and I've been utilising Bistro MD diet repasts suggested by my trainer.

                    You say you are being carefuly with what you eat but what does that actually mean? The way you will lose weight is by eating less than you burn. The problem with going to the gym is that you are burning more and your body (who wants to maintain an equilibrium) will tell you to "FEED ME" to make up for what you burned at the gym. This is the paradox that sabotages most exercise programs. You will have to actually count calories to make sure you are not increasing them.
