    1.Eat green vegetables,spinach,cabbage,barcarolle,carrot,cucum ber etc,
    2.Drink maximum water.It burns fats of body.
    3.Minimize the use of sugar and cold drinks.
    4.Daily exercise is necessary for losing weight.Running,swimming,cycling are good for this.They burn fats quickly and make body fit.
    5.Take proper sleep.
    6.Avoid depression and stress.
    Consistency and patience are necessary for losing weight

    Instead of running you can try out brisk walking also. It does not cause any cramp.
