I don't know a lot about diet pills per say, but I do think they work. That being said I do think some work better then others for sure. I also think you have to do your research for the right diet pill for you. I think some diet pills can be harmful if you have certain health conditions so you should to talk to your doctor first before you take them. I have heard really good things about PhentraminD though. And you don't need a prescription for it because the ingredients are all natural and over-the-counter ingredients.

      Hi guys,

I have tried my fair share of diet pills, and i agree that there is no magic pill that will make you slim, a healthy diet and exercise is needed to help shift any weight. That being said, if you are anything like me and dont have great will power when it comes to food. I have come across a website called desirable body which sell an array of products all aimed at helping you along the diet road. The T5's help surpress the appretite and increase energy so are great to take before you work out / exercise. They also really did help me stop snacking throughout the day, and i have now managed to lose my last and final stone. I now just take there setoxing supplements which have reduced my bloating and assist with keeping the weight off. Beware of the scams and do your research but if your looking for one that has proven it works then swing by desirable body and see what you think...Good luck!

I agree with Lydiapurple. Have you ever looked at how many diet pills are out there? There's probably hundreds of them. They're all different so while some are good, some aren't so much. I've heard really good things about Phentramin D, too. It's like the non-prescription version of Phentermine, so you can get all the weight loss but without the prescription. It's legal, too, unlike a lot of the stuff you find online.

          Hi Sophia
If you are thinking to use of diet pills first ask your doctor and take the consultation. Then you should go for the use of diet pills.

Very good advice. Though you should do your own research and look into lots of options, your doctor is a medical professional who will help you to know if a pill works, if it's right for you, if it will conflict with drugs, supplements, or medical conditions that you have, etc.

It is also wise because your doctor may be able to offer you additional advice for best using the pill, such as the right type of diet or activity to go along with it.

              It depends

For it depends. Some of the diet pills aren't effective. Just to make sure, you must visit your dietitian and to get some advice.

Most diet pills that seem super effective seem to mostly contain stimulants and appetite suppressants. I like t stick to natural and herbal products. Most super friuts (Acai, raspberry ketones, etc). Since they are derived from natural sources, they are void of side effects and such. I have been using weight off/Rig. It contains raspberry ketones, African Mango seeds and Green Coffee bean extracts and has helped me drop 4 inches off my waist in just 3 weeks!! Of course I have been hitting the treadmill for 1 hr everyday, and have completely cut off alcohol and fast food.. But you should check with a dr or dietician before starting any new supplements. You never know what you might be allergic to ..

There are a lot of products that advertise this, but it's not true. I do agree with your recommendation to consult with an expert, but you should also be aware that just because something is naturally derived, it doesn't mean it's safe. There are a lot of natural substances out there that can lead to side effects.

At the same time, I do agree with you. I prefer the natural route.

I believe it's best to ask the manufacturer of diet supplements regarding the ingredients they used in their diet supplements. If they are not willing to disclose such information then they are definitely hiding something. I actually did this to one of the diet supplements that I'm now taking. It's called prescopodene. Their customer service team emailed me the ingredients and that's what I showed to my doctor. My doctor has to check if I'm allergic to some ingredients mentioned. There are really no shortcuts when it comes to losing weight. You need to have a healthy lifestyle. Eat properly, exercise and if you need some help to increase your metabolism then try diet supplements that use natural ingredients.

That's a really good point. Then, when you have the ingredients list, you can take it to your doctor and find out if it's safe for you and you'll know if it's something you're allergic to, too. Good thinking, Nikita88
