I've started planning my weight loss strategy now, including nutrition, fitness, diet pills, sleep, stress control and other things. I plan to have everything in place for the new year when the holidays are done. I know I can't start now the way I want to, but I am going to be ready with everything I need once the holidays are over. I recommend planning ahead so when you're ready, you can go ahead.
