Is theobromine a stimulant?

I've seen theobromine in diet pills but I can't figure out what it does. Is it a stimulant?

It's a bit of a stimulant. It's the one found in chocolate. It's not as strong as something like caffeine, but it combines well with caffeine and is in some plants that contain caffeine

It is a stimulant but it is a mild one and it works well with others. I think it's one that isn't likely to give you jitters.
