Is there anything to those diet pills that are supposed to expand in your stomach to make you feel like you’re more full?

I've wondered about that, myself. I really don't think there is anything to it because if you think of the size of a pill, even if it expands ten times, it's still not all that big! You'd probably be better off with a different kind of appetite suppressant.
