  • PM Diet Pills

Okay. What is the deal with these types of diet pills. Do they offer any real benefits? I get that you're not really going to burn much fat unless you're working out but is it possible for them to help with better sleep and support appetite suppression?

Honestly, I think the most benefit they may offer is a restful sleep. They're not going to help you burn fat faster or suppress your appetite in any meaningful way. Essentially, if they help you fall asleep and stay asleep this can be a plus because if you get more rest, you're more likely to have an easier time keeping up with your weight loss challenges.

I agree that they are mostly gonna help with sleep (if at all). That said, claiming appetite suppression and fat burning is completely unbelievable. Honestly, I think they're just a waste of time.

They might help to support appetite suppression. It would depend on what ingredients are in them. I just think, as long as there is nothing dangerous in them, if they help you sleep and you believe they work, what harm can they be, right?

These pills are a total wast of time for weight loss. If you don't struggle with sleeping, don't waste your money. If you do struggle with sleeping, talking to your pharmacist about what supplements might be helpful. Those that promote weight loss aren't likely what you're looking for.

I also feel that they are a money grab. I don't mind if a supplement claims that it can help you sleep, but the ones that claim you'll burn more fat or help with weight loss or whatever, are just a scam in my opinion. If you think you need sleep, maybe consider a sleep supplement (ask your doc first).

Okay so essentially you all pretty much agree that the can help you get a restful sleep but all the weight loss claims made about them are just bogus. That's what I was worried about. I had a feeling that this would be the case just because I really don't see how any thing could increase fat burning while you sleep since pretty much the only real way to increase fat burning is through exercise...Well, I guess as long as you're sleeping your appetite is suppressed, right? Haha. Well, I guess I'll just go with my gut, save my money and avoid these pills.
