Is there such thing as a fat blocker that is not a prescription drug but that actually works. I’ve seen a lot of them on the shelves and online but do they actually work or is it just a marketing ploy?

There are a few that work. It's not all of them that are bad

There are actually quite a few fat blockers that don't need a prescription and that work. Just do your research on the ingredients and you'll find something. They still have the same side effects though so careful.

I agree. There are some that work, even when they're sold over the counter. Check into third party research instead of just trusting the claims that are made by the people selling a pill. There are some great discoveries out there.

if you look at alli, you'll find that it has a prescription fat blocker only it's used in such a small dose that you don't need to ask your doctor for it. To me, that means that it's proven to work. THe only question is whether there's actually enough of it in the pill to do anything at all!

I don't think there is enough. WHy else would they make the prescription one so strong and risk side effects if it could work at such a low dose? That just doesn't make sense to me. I really think that over the counter fat blockers just don't cut it.
