  • Raspberry K

I’ve been hearing a lot of bits and pieces about Raspberry K/Ketone lately but I can’t seem to find the whole picture anywhere. I’ve heard that it is a good ingredient for weight loss and even get the occasional spam email about it, but I can’t seem to find any place that explains the whole thing and any studies about it.

Does anyone know about Raspberry K and if it is actually something I should be watching for in weight loss supplements, or is it just another scam or something that doesn’t work all that well? I like all natural products if they actually work, so I’m interested to learn about them if they’re worthwhile.

According to Dr. Oz, Raspberry Ketone: Fat-Burner in a Bottle | The Dr. Oz Show, Raspberry Ketone has to be combined with exercise and a healthy diet, but by doing that, you get accelerated healthy results.

According to the studies that he referred to, it works because it has a positive impact on the metabolism, which means that you burn calories and fat more effectively.

The substance, itself, is actually the main compound that gives Raspberry its smell.

To benefit from it, you need 100mg every day, which is the same as eating about 14 pounds of raspberries every day, so don't think that you can just get it "the natural way" haha

I tend to trust Dr. Oz. He doesn't like to associate his name with stuff that doesn't work.

I've never heard of that. Do you know what's in it in terms of ingredients? Is it expensive? Do you know if it contains any stimulants. I know that a lot of people aren't affected by stimulants, but there are a lot of people who are. Depending on the ingredients, I've found that I get the shakes and jitters from them and they give me a lot of trouble when I try to sleep at night. is it an ingredient or is it a pill on its own?

I'm pretty sure that it's just an ingredient. It's a kind of ketone. I've heard about it a lot in connection with Dr. Oz

I think it's one of those things like green tea that aren't going to cause any harm but they won't actually produce all that much in terms of results for weigth loss, either. Don't just read the claims, look into the research and what organizations like the Mayo clinic say. It's not great.
