I have done yweight watches twice now in my life and both times I lost 10-15 lbs. (I had less to lose back then ) I found going to the weigh-ins/meetings helped make me accountable and stay on track because I always wanted to show the group I was "down" that week. The price was right too. Only problem was when I stopped going to the meetings I slowly gained the weight back. I also found counting points to be super tedious and a serious pain in the butt.
