  • Products from ww diet

I know that a lot of diets sell their own branded products so that they can earn some extra money (because let’s not fool ourselves, these are for profit, not just to help you out) but what I would like to know is if WW stuff is actually good. Weight watchers has a good reputation but does that mean that they’re only selling products that are good quality?

Like any company WW wants to make money. Since that's the case, they have both good and bad points. Can you trust some of their products, most likely, yes. They have a great reputation. Can you trust all of them...well, I personally wouldn't just trust any company blindly. The only way you can really know for certain if it's a quality product or not is to investigate it. Read the facts on the packaging, find out what you can about it online, and don't be afraid to contact their customer service to obtain the answers you can't find.

I personally find their products to be really good and tasty. I've never had a problem with them. I really like their cereals, breads and treats. I really, really like their ice cream sandwiches haha. I say you should give them a try if you haven't and you're interested. Their foods work well when you are following their program. Also, if you buy something and you're disappointed in it, you can always leave a comment.

They do sell quality products. I definitely wouldn't only eat their products, because I'm a big believer in making your own meals so you are in control of the ingredients that goes in the food you eat, but when you want a pre-done snack or meal, their stuff is pretty decent.
