Why the WW

When did weight watchers change to WW and why did they do that? Is this just some type of trying to be hip rebranding or is there a better reason for it? Personally, I don't like it.

They changed it to WW in 2018. They wanted to get away from being associated with only weight loss and wanted to show that their focus was about overall health and wellness. So they adopted a new tagline called "Wellness that Works" and rebranded to WW to reflect this new focus. Personally, I think it was a great move :D

Interesting. I guess sometimes it's good to re-brand. Good for them for choosing a more positive image :D

Neat! That's actually a good change. I was assuming they just wanted to be more hip and mobile friendly to reach younger people LOL
