What are the top reasons why people don't like South Beach? I mean, I know anyone can choose not to like something, but is there the same answer frequently given? Like cost or hard to commit to, or is it something else? Any opinions?

One of the reasons that people don't like it is that it labels foods as "good" or "bad". Over time, this can distort your relationship with foods, for some people it might even encourage them to develop poor eating habits that are unhealthy and disordered.

If you have to buy certain pre-made foods to control your calories and lose weight, you're not really learning how to make the necessary changes in your diet to achieve this on your own without these products.
