I came across what I KNOW must be a fad diet...because I think you're supposed to eat cabbage soup everyday to lose weight. Is there an official diet for this and do you eat more than cabbage soup?

This is a fad diet and you shouldn't do it. It won't offer you any lasting benefits and there isn't an official diet so the rules for each one you find will be different. While you primarily eat cabbage soup, you do eat other things too, but it's a very low-cal and highly restrictive short-term diet.

Ya, stay far away from this diet. While you're at it stay away from the coconut diet and every other stupid fad diet out there. These are not practical methods of weight loss. They'll only put your body through the wringer.
