Has anyone heard of this diet program? Does anyone know if it's actually good?

I've never heard of it until you just asked about it. I did a quick Google search and I think it's a Canadian weight loss program...like weight watchers in the sense that it's got actual physical locations you can go across Canada and there are one-on-one health coaches and a diet program, etc....so it doesn't look bad or anything but unless you live in Canada I don't think it's going to help you much LOL

Yeah, I'm only seeing them available in Canada, too. No idea what it's about though. It looks kinda like a weight watchers thing to me.

Oh! Hahaha I didn't even see where it was located. I just assumed it was the US lol. Well, I guess that answers my question. Whether it's good or not, I won't be able to take part. Darn....really thought I was on to something there.

Even if we can't take part in it, what's it about? I mean, maybe there is some type of diet or program that is similar in the US

it sort-of looks like a mash-up between weight watcher and LA weight loss. You get one-on-one coaching, dietary plans to help you with weight loss and access to their exclusive health supplements. Honestly, it doesn't sound like anything overly unique or special.
