Can spreading special clay on your body and wrapping this part of your body actually lead to weight loss? I've been reading a lot of reviews from people who've used Brazilian body wraps and said they can actually see actual weight loss after they've used them. Is it possible to shrink down like that and in that fast a time? I usually would be skeptical about this sort of thing, but there are thousands of reviews from people who swear it works.

Believe it or not, but you can actually see a difference in your weight after a Brazilian body wrap. However, it is very temporary because what it essentially does is suck water out of your body. So, any weight you do lose is just water weight and you will honestly gain that back within a day or even hours. This really is't a solution for anything. In fact, even if you want to do one just to shrink down for the night so you fit into a smaller outfit, this isn't a good idea, because you're likely to balloon back up again before the nights through. Just say no to wraps for weight loss.

Okay, interesting. I've got to say that I'm not surprised that you don't actually lose fat with these things, but at the same time I'm kind-of impressed that you can actually lose water weight, and enough of it that you can see a difference after you use it. Well, that explains why people think they are these miracle things that lead to fast weight loss haha.
