  • Meal Delivery diets

Are meal delivery diets really healthy, or are they just the right number of calories, sugars, and fats? I’ve been looking at some of the nutrition from the meals, and when you put the three meals and a snack together, they’re coming up short.

    Am I wrong?

I don't like meal delivery diets. They don't teach you anything. They're just expensive and then you put the weight back on when you stop using them.

They might not teach you much about cooking, but you learn a lot about portions and if it's between the meals delivered or cheating on your diet all the time, I'd go for the delivered meals!

Is there a plan so you can buy for your whole family, not just one person?

I think you could if you all signed up or if you bought that number of meals. It would be very expensive, though.

I have never tried them. Not only are the expensive but the foods just don't look that appealing to me.

That's exactly how I feel about these programs. I'd never stick to it (even if I coudl afford it!)

These are good if you're just looking for something short term

Do you really get a complete, nutritious diet when you eat using these meal delivery programs? I look at the menus and a lot of them just look like a lot of pasta and rice with a little sprinkling of chicken or vegetables and things like that. If you ekep up with that for too long, wouldn't you start to be lacking in nutrition?

I don't know if they're perfect but they're better than I'd do on my own every day of the week

Meal delivery diets are all different. Do a lot of research before signing up so you get a good one.
