Has anyone tried both LA Weight Loss and Weight Watchers? Is one better than other? I'm considering giving one of them a shot but I'd like to know the experiences other people have had and weight the pros and cons based on that and not just on what I read about each. Thanks

I personally like LA Weight Loss. I've had a lot of success with this program. That being said, I've only ever done the in-center program and I worked one-on-one with a counselor and achieve great results. I've never tried the program online, so I can't offer you any advice there. But if you are interested in LA Weight Loss and there is a center located somewhere near you, I do recommend trying it out :)

LA Weight Loss isn't a bad weight loss program, but it's very, very expensive!!! Even the at-home version is. They want you to buy their products all of the time, and that really adds up! Be prepared to drop hundreds of dollars on this plan. Personally, I would stick with weight watchers. It's cheaper in the long-run. Especially if you do it on your own.
