Can you do this for free?

I've heard some good things about LA Weight Loss, but I'm going to be honest, I don't really want to pay (nor do I have the cash for it now) for the program. Is there a way to do this for free? If not, is it possible to find out the components of this program and find alternatives?

I don't think this is available for free, but there are so many other things that you could try that you really don't need to rely on that one diet.

No. It's a paid program. You can create your own mock version of it for free but this is something you pay for.
