I've pretty much given up on weight loss this year...2020 just sucks. I'm way too down and I'm finding it a struggle to get through the days, so I don't want to add another challenge on top of that. That said, when I'm ready to start something new in 2021, is this a good weight management program? Has anyone had a positive experience with it? How long does it take to see results?

Some people like it and some don't. The best thing to do is read what people like and don't like about it and contact the company yourself to find out exactly what you're getting into and decide if it's worth your time, effort and money. You still have a month to figure it out, so you've got the time to really investigate it well. :)
