What's a good online diet program to follow right now, since none of us can go out. Does LA Weight Loss have any good options, or is it mostly just weight watchers?

LA Weight loss should. I mean, I think this diet is mostly online. Only one way to find out though. Just go to their website and see what it offers you. I'd recommend doing that for any diet you want to try. Most will tell you what they offer, especially in the wake of this virus.
