  • Can you do it for free?

Is it possible to take part in LA Weight Loss for Free or a way to follow the program without joining it? I know that sounds kinda cheap of me, but I'm a little strapped for cash at the moment and would like to give something new a try to boost my motivation and my mood.

I don't see why not. How about you head to the website or do a little search online to find out what it's all about an then just build a diet based on their recommendations. That's what I'd do if I wanted to avoid paying LOL

I agree. Just find out what you need to do and then just copy it. That said, I think LA weight loss requires you to eat some of the foods they pre-make. While that's fine and all, the only trouble is that if you want to copy this, it will actually take you more time to copy the diet cause you'll need to make the food instead of just buying a pre-made product.

Oh really? I had no idea that you had to actually buy products. I thought that it was a diet you followed. Maybe I'm confusing this diet with someone else...

Yup. They sell a lot of products. I would only recommend this type of a diet if you're the type of person who needs a certain type of incentive to lose weight. In my opinion, these diets work for as long as you're follow them, but as soon as you quit, it's all down hill from there!

Wow I had no idea. I mean this shouldn't surprise me that they sold so many products, all these diets do, even weight watchers does. They all just seem like scams to me.
