What are some good lunch recipes for Atkins?

I've started Atkins and I want to be able to take some good lunches with me to work. I always find lunch to be the toughest meal and the one that I'm most likely to cheat on. Does anyone have some good recommendations?

As BigBobby suggested, definitely head to the Atkins website if you haven't done that already. You will find a lot of great recipes and tips there. That said, I personally find that one of the easiest and tastiest lunches is boiled eggs and sliced cheese.

A fresh salad with lots of veggies and white meat. That's probably my favorite one. I also add dried cranberries to the salad which tastes great. I think you can probably find a book of atkins recipes online or in your local bookstore if you want other suggestions.
