What are some really good holiday foods that you can serve people following Atkins or keto-based diets? I know these diets typically avoid carbs...so does this mean I serve nothing but meat-related stuff?

These diets focus on protein over carbs and you can get protein from a lot more than just meat. There are different things and veggie-related things that you can serve for Atkins or keto. Consider an avacado salad, bean salad, something with tofu. There are different sources of proteins. It's not that you have to avoid all carbs on atkins but those following it do need to watch what they eat cause some stuff can contain more carbs than you might realize, even foods that are natural protein source.
