I really like the atkins diet idea and I like the boosting proteins so that you can eat less carbs and stay full for longer. It’s a really good idea to me and I think that this strategy is smart because it beats the hunger. But how do you get all those proteins without eating a huge amount of meat and without eating a lot of fat along with it?
I was hoping for ideas to do more of a lower fat or “vegetarian” atkins version. Does that exist? Any ideas are appreciated.
