I'm currently following a keto diet and I've lost a lot of weight. What I'm wondering, however, is if I'll be able to keep this weight off if I should choose to go off keto or will I gain it all back?

Can I keep the weight off if I go off Keto?

You're likely to gain it back at first when you introduce carbs back into your diet and your body loses its state of ketosis. You can lose it again of course, either by going back on Keto or following another diet, but yes, once you lose ketosis your will balloon up for a bit. That's one of the reasons why this diet isn't the best for weight loss in my opinion.

Not in the same way. your body would have to readjust not being in ketosis, which typically results in regaining of some weight. Once it levels off though, you can lose any weight you've gained by either going back into ketosis or by doing another type of weight loss diet/exercise program.
