I just wanted to share this little tip in case it works for other people as well as it is working for me. I know what my final goal is for my weight loss, but that always seems very far away and it looks very difficult when it comes to trying to keep up my motivation. It makes me inclined to try to rush things through stupid fad diet tricks or to just give up altogether. So instead of looking at my final goal, I’ve somewhat tucked that aside and I’m setting monthly goals, instead. So far it worked for January and I’m on track for February!
