    I just wanted to share this little tip in case it works for other people as well as it is working for me. I know what my final goal is for my weight loss, but that always seems very far away and it looks very difficult when it comes to trying to keep up my motivation. It makes me inclined to try to rush things through stupid fad diet tricks or to just give up altogether. So instead of looking at my final goal, I’ve somewhat tucked that aside and I’m setting monthly goals, instead. So far it worked for January and I’m on track for February!

        Goal setting is what gets me through any challenge, including weight loss

          setting other sub-goals also helps boost motivation. Goals like drinking enough water each day and getting enough hours of sleep. Track it, you'll push yourself.

            I even set daily goals. It helps to keep them in reach.
