Is it true that if I lose weight I'll lose that fat in my breasts, too? I'm asking only because I've found the one benefit of putting on extra weight is I've gotten bigger in the chest and I'm really happy about that! Once I start losing the weight, I'm worried that I'm going to drop back down to my smaller size again. Will this happen?

Yes, you can lose weight in your breasts, in fact it's quite common. The reason is that your breasts are made up fat. Therefore, if you start losing fat, you're likely to lose some fat in your breasts too. How much you might lose depends on a few factors. Mostly it depends on how much fat you store there and how much weight you need to lose overall. If you need to lose a lot of weight, then, yeah, you're probably going to see an overall reduction in breast size. Yes, this sucks, but fat is fat...and, hey, that's why they make pushups lol

Yup I have actually gained weight in both my butt and my breasts and when I lost the weight I lost the fat in both of these areas, too. That said, I didn't lose so much that suddenly I was as small as I was before. I still kept some of the fat. Depending on how much you want to lose, I would say that you should expect to see may a drop in one cup size.

I actually found I didn't lose much of my breast fat when I started losing weight, and I mean I did previously gain in the area when I put on the weight. I really think it has to do with how much you want to lose. If you're only looking to lose like 10 or 20 pounds, I don't think you're really going to see much of a boob loss.
