    When you set your weight loss goals, try to stick to them. I have a bad habit of starting to feel frustrated as time goes on and I’ll start to move my goal weight up a bit. Writing your goal down or using a digital ticker/measure that lets you monitor your progress helps you stick to it.

    Your right attitude is will help you stick with your diet plans. Have the right frame of mind in order for you to reach your desirable weight. The most successful approach is to set yourself realistic targets - so sit down and make a list of what you feel you can achieve.
