Hello there! I wish you are still visiting this weight loss forum and has been continuously reading all the threads posted. Its sad to see someone give up on losing weight and looking good. I am just starting to lose weight because I decided that I want to look and feel good when I see my reflection in the mirror. Also, I want to be more healthy since I can see that being overweight has put limit on my body's activity. I wish you have not given up so easily. However, I understand that it is not easy to lose weight. As a matter of fact, it is much easier to put on extra pounds than actually losing them which is really distressing.

If you are reading my post, DO NOT GIVE UP YET! there are weight loss programs available in the virtual world of the internet or even in your community that can help you lose weight easily. It is not easy though, that I know for sure but if you really care about your body, you will do anything to make it work. This is not the end of the road for you. I am just starting maybe I can help you out with this. Be my partner in losing weight and we can motivate each other in the process. It would be fun and beneficial at the same time since we are now accountable for each other.

      Never Give Up.........

I started out reducing my pounds way back in 2010. It's really difficult but I knew one thing that, it wasn't impossible. I never made a strict routine cause I knew those are really useless. Instead, I started out by eating less at about six small meals per day. I remembered to take small helpings of my favorite foods each day. This meant that I can eat but eat in small portions.

At first, I was tempted to get another helping, then another. I resisted however, though at times I couldn't. Then gradually I started to consume more healthy foods (less in carbs) which made me to loose the urge to eat junk and oily stuffs.

This is how I controlled, step by step. You did not gain weight overnight? So, the reducing process won't be magical either. Remember to eat more healthy foods and water, rather than fried stuffs. Try this way, you will never feel frustrated, instead you'll be motivated. So, never give up.......

I just want to throw in my bit of support and add my "don't give up" to the thread. Dieting sucks and there's really no other way around it. But the only way to actually get to the end of it is to stick through it. If you don't like what you're doing now, check out some of the tips, plans, tricks, or even pills that other people have used successfully and give them a go. You've got nothing to lose but weight! Hang in there. We're all in the same boat.
