It is normal for my weight to go up and down during the week? Sometimes I find if I weigh myself one day and weight myself two days later my weight is different. It's not a big difference, like a pound or so either way. Is that normal? Or is my scale broken or something?

Um, I don't think it's odd for you to go up and down a pound throughout the week if you are eating the same diet, cause I'm sure your water weight is contributing to the fluctuation. If I were you I would start weighing myself only once a week and record your weight. If it always seems the same, give or take a pound or two I wouldn't worry about it. But honestly if you are seeing massive fluctuations in your weight, get a new scale and definitely talk to your doctor!

I think fluctuation is normal. That said, if you're not massive differences in your weight each time you step on the scale, I'd say that it's time to invest ina new scale LOL. Another reason you may notice a difference in your weight may be the amount of water you are retaining is going up and down. If you manage to keep your water weight down or at an even level, you'll probably find that you weigh mostly the same all the time. Also, remember to weight yourself at the same time (first thing in the morning is always best before you've eaten) and wear as little clothing as possible. All of these things can alter your scale results.
