It really sucks when that happens! It sounds like it’s time for you to shake things up a little bit. Create a few short term goals and give yourself a few challenges that will be hard but they will be achievable. Like you want to be able to run for two straight minutes, when you’ve only ever walked before, or something like that. Or you will only eat fruit every time you crave junk food. That kind of thing puts drive back into me when I’m not feeling it anymore.

Doing any better now, Speeddemon? I hope so. It's always so disappointing when you've bbeen doing doign well and suddenly yuo just can't seem to get yourself going anymore.
I wonder why that happens. Is it just because the novelty wears off? Either way, I'm hoping the best for yuo. You can do it!
