  • how do I get my groove back?

    I’m finding my motivation levels are dipping as I get closer to my goal. How do I get it back?

    It really sucks when that happens! It sounds like it’s time for you to shake things up a little bit. Create a few short term goals and give yourself a few challenges that will be hard but they will be achievable. Like you want to be able to run for two straight minutes, when you’ve only ever walked before, or something like that. Or you will only eat fruit every time you crave junk food. That kind of thing puts drive back into me when I’m not feeling it anymore.

      Give yourself a complete day off and then start fresh tomorrow. Keep your goal in mind and just do it one day at a time! You can do it!

        Positive self talk! Get back to your goals, put a smile on yoru face when you get back into it, listen to peppy music and just declare to yourself that you can do it! Be your own cheerleader!

          Doing any better now, Speeddemon? I hope so. It's always so disappointing when you've bbeen doing doign well and suddenly yuo just can't seem to get yourself going anymore.

          I wonder why that happens. Is it just because the novelty wears off? Either way, I'm hoping the best for yuo. You can do it!
